Xiaomi hasn't officially revealed which devices will get HyperOS 4, the company's next major update based on Android 17. But a preliminary list, drawn up from Xiaomi's update policy, is already circulating. It suggests the update will reach dozens of smartphones and tablets across the Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO brands, with initial rollouts expected later this year.

On the Xiaomi side, the list features current flagships and recent-generation models: Xiaomi 17, 17 Ultra, 17T and 17T Pro, the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 14 series, the 14T line, Xiaomi 14 Civi, Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro, and the foldable Mix Flip. These are obviously the most expected devices to get the update, as they're in the main software cycle and will likely ship with Android 17 alongside the new HyperOS.

Redmi models expected to receive the update include the Redmi Note 15 and Redmi Note 14 ranges (including Pro variants), the Redmi Turbo 5, the Redmi 15 series, budget offerings like the Redmi A7 and A5, and tablets such as the Redmi Pad 2, Pad 2 Pro, and Pad 2 9.7. That confirms HyperOS 4 won't be exclusive to premium devices, though cheaper models might get a trimmed-down feature set.

For POCO, the list is equally broad: the POCO F8 Pro, F8 Ultra, F7, F7 Pro, F7 Ultra, F6, and F6 Pro, plus the X-series (from X6 Pro to X8 Pro Max), and M and C series models. Tablets like the POCO Pad X1, Pad M1, and Pad C1 are also slated for the update. This matters for POCO because its devices often appeal to users who care about performance and extended software support.

It's important to note that this list is still unofficial. It's based on Xiaomi's stated update policy for each model, not on an official announcement, so the final lineup could shift. Also, Xiaomi has previously rolled out new HyperOS versions to devices running older Android—like HyperOS 3.0 on Android 15. That means some phones that miss Android 17 entirely could still get HyperOS 4, albeit with a restricted feature set.

HyperOS 4 is expected to be unveiled in July or August, with the rollout to older models starting around October 2026. Early leaks suggest the update could be larger than a typical annual upgrade, bringing noticeable changes to the interface, AI features, and Xiaomi's ecosystem integration.
