October 2025 is shaping up to be a treat for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers: the catalog is expanding with headline new releases and bona fide classics. The spotlight falls on the PS5-exclusive Silent Hill 2—a smart seasonal pick that sets the Halloween mood—but the surprises don’t end there.
Silent Hill 2 is joined by another PlayStation 5 exclusive: the updated version of the horror title Until Dawn (2024). This remake brings modern visuals and tighter gameplay, and it’s now part of the subscription a year after launch. Also coming are the interactive drama As Dusk Falls, once available only on Xbox, and the brooding vampire action game V Rising, available on PC and PS5.
Premium-tier members get their share, too. The Classics catalog welcomes back the cult fighter Tekken 3, first released on the original PlayStation in 1998, as well as Tomb Raider Anniversary, a reimagining of Lara Croft’s adventures. Despite their age, these titles remain touchstones for the industry and are likely to spark nostalgia among long-time fans.
All of the above will be available to subscribers starting October 21, 2025. Taken together, October’s lineup blends horror, drama, action, and heritage in a way that makes this month feel especially stacked.
