Reebok launches its first smart ring with F45: health tracking, One Score, app sync

Reebok has unveiled its first smart ring, stepping into health tech and fitness analytics. The newcomer goes on sale at $2,249 and arrives as part of a global collaboration with the F45 Training studio network.

The Reebok smart ring is built to track health and training performance: it records activity, heart rate, sleep quality, stress levels, and body temperature. Drawing on these metrics, the device generates a single health indicator called One Score, helping users understand their condition and fine-tune their workouts.

All information syncs automatically with the Reebok Fitness app, making it easy to manage data and follow progress in real time.

F45 Training’s CEO Tom Etix said the partnership would elevate F45’s workouts by bringing together technology, equipment, and expertise.

Coaches across the studios will also use the device to monitor participants and adjust their training plans.

Reebok is clearly betting on the fusion of technology and sport, offering a new tool for health oversight and more efficient training. The smart ring marks the company’s first step into medical wearables—and the F45 tie-in gives the gadget an immediate, real-world training context.
