It looks like the new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is revealing its secrets ahead of schedule. A product page for a Thinborne case has surfaced, and with it came fresh details about the flagship’s design and features.
The description indicates the Galaxy S26 Ultra keeps a vertically arranged triple camera, now set inside a noticeably larger, elongated pill-shaped module. That layout supports the talk that Samsung plans to ease off sharp corners in favor of smoother curves. The phone is said to be a touch wider yet thinner than its predecessor, while the camera block grows bulkier—potentially up to 12.4 mm versus about 10 mm on the S25 Ultra. The shift feels deliberate: a more pronounced camera presence paired with a softer silhouette.
The headline upgrade is support for Qi2 and MagSafe. A magnetic ring on the back should improve alignment for wireless charging and enable Qi2 accessories, similar to how it’s done on the Pixel 10. It would also mark the first time Samsung builds magnets into its flagship range. For Galaxy owners, that could make magnetic chargers and mounts finally feel straightforward rather than finicky.
Insiders also point to a brighter, more power-efficient display, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, a 5,000 mAh battery, and an upgraded camera system: a 200 MP main sensor, 12 MP and 50 MP telephoto lenses providing 3x and 5x zoom, plus a 50 MP ultrawide. If these details hold, the package reads like careful refinement rather than a dramatic overhaul.
