Ulefone Armor Pad 5 Ultra and Pro: rugged 5G tablets with a 24,200 mAh battery; Ultra adds a projector

Ulefone, a company known for making rugged gadgets built for extreme conditions, has unveiled a new generation of durable tablets—the Armor Pad 5 series, which includes the Armor Pad 5 Ultra and Armor Pad 5 Pro. Official sales begin on November 11, 2025 on AliExpress.

The headliner is the Armor Pad 5 Ultra, featuring a built-in projector rated at 200 lumens with 960×540 resolution. It supports both automatic and manual focus, while a dedicated 26-degree projection angle lets you cast an image onto a wall even when the tablet lies flat. Control is straightforward via a physical shortcut button and an on-screen widget—a practical setup geared for quick use in the field.

Under the hood sits the MediaTek Dimensity 7400X 5G, delivering high performance and support for fifth-generation networks. The device runs Android 15, comes with 12 GB of RAM expandable to 20 GB, and 512 GB of storage that can be increased to 2 TB with memory cards.

The battery is a standout at 24,200 mAh, making the Armor Pad 5 Ultra a true endurance device among rugged tablets. It supports 120 W fast charging that replenishes 20% in just 10 minutes, and 10 W reverse charging to power other devices when needed.

The tablet adds two LED light modules with 754 diodes delivering up to 1,000 lumens, with cold, warm, and combined light modes. Built-in signal lights with 64 diodes can run steady or flashing—a handy touch for travelers and rescue teams.

The cameras hold their own: a 64 MP main sensor, a 64 MP infrared night camera, and a 32 MP front camera for video calls and self-portraits. The 11-inch display at 1920×1200 and up to 600 nits helps keep content visible even under direct sunlight.

Ulefone says the Armor Pad 5 Ultra aims to be the most technologically packed rugged tablet on the market, combining a projector, flagship-level performance, and remarkable longevity. For those who can skip the projector, the Armor Pad 5 Pro offers the same specifications without it.
