Ulefone Armor 29 Pro Thermal brings 640x512 ThermoVue T2 imaging

Ulefone is expanding its lineup of rugged smartphones with the Ulefone Armor 29 Pro Thermal. The newcomer builds on the Armor 28 Ultra Thermal and pushes mobile thermal imaging a step further. A standard Armor 29 Pro will launch alongside it. Both models are set to go on sale via AliExpress, Amazon, and Ulefone’s official store, with final pricing to be revealed closer to release.

The headline feature of the Armor 29 Pro Thermal is the ThermoVue T2 sensor offering 640x512 pixels and a 25 Hz refresh rate. Paired with SharpenAI and FusionAI algorithms, it produces crisp, finely detailed thermal contours. That combination broadens its professional reach—from technical inspections to rescue operations—suggesting the device is designed with real field work in mind.

The phone can help detect equipment overheating, electrical faults, or hidden gas leaks. It’s suitable for diagnosing weak points in pipelines, tanks, and insulated systems. In emergencies, it can assist firefighters and rescue teams: the thermal camera can pick up heat signatures even through smoke or in complete darkness. In the rugged-phone space, a mobile thermal imager inside a tough handset reads as a notably practical idea, blending portability with a tool you can bring straight to the job.
