MediaTek Dimensity dominates AnTuTu mid-range ranking (Oct 2025)

AnTuTu has published its October 2025 performance ranking for mid-range smartphones, and there’s a striking twist: all ten spots are taken by devices running MediaTek Dimensity chips, leaving no room for Snapdragon. It’s the first time in a long while that Qualcomm is completely absent from the list. While the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 continues to lead among flagships, the mid-tier tells a different story. Every device in the top 10 is powered by Dimensity processors from the 8300, 8350, 8400, and 8450 series.

At the top sits the Realme Neo 7 SE with the Dimensity 8400 Max, averaging 1,931,641 points. In second place is the iQOO Z10 Turbo on the Dimensity 8400 with 1,915,499, followed by the Vivo Y300 GT on the same chipset at 1,909,184.

Fourth place goes to the Redmi Turbo 4 with the Dimensity 8400 Ultra (1,868,587), and rounding out the top five is the OPPO Reno 14 with the Dimensity 8350 at 1,495,632. Next are the OPPO Reno 14 Pro (Dimensity 8450) with 1,485,371, the Motorola Edge 60 Pro (Dimensity 8350) with 1,451,715, the OPPO K13 Turbo 5G (Dimensity 8450) with 1,450,850, the OPPO Reno 13 Pro (Dimensity 8300 Ultra) with 1,291,601, and the OPPO Reno 13 (Dimensity 8300 Ultra) with 1,283,913.

It’s a telling snapshot: MediaTek has not only strengthened its footing at the high end but has swept the mid-range, underscoring steady gains in efficiency and power optimization. AnTuTu’s experts note that synthetic benchmarks don’t capture the full user experience. When choosing a smartphone, it’s worth weighing more than processor speed—display quality, battery life, cameras, and software tuning matter just as much.
