Nirva Necklace and Bracelet: mindful wearables for emotional self-tracking

At CES 2026, Nirva showcased two unconventional wearables—the Nirva Necklace and Nirva Bracelet—built for mindful living and emotional self-tracking. Unlike typical fitness trackers, they shift attention away from steps and calories to mood, conversations, and social interactions, a refreshing pivot that treats well-being as more than numbers.

Each piece houses two microphones, a motion sensor, and a UV sensor, enabling automatic capture of context throughout the day. The IP67-rated body resists dust and water. In everyday use, the battery lasts about two days, and charging happens in a dedicated jewelry storage case; a full cycle takes roughly 90 minutes.

The core feature is a journal of conversations and events. Entries sync to a smartphone, where users can enrich them with notes, geolocation, health data, and calendar items. This approach turns raw moments into a map of feelings tied to specific people, places, and situations.

Mood analysis gets special attention. The Nirva app compiles a daily emotional report, assessing how different interactions and surroundings influence well-being. Based on these insights, the system helps identify recurring stress patterns and flag potentially toxic relationships.

A built-in Nirva AI assistant serves as a digital adviser, offering supportive feedback, ideas for self-reflection, and guidance on setting healthier boundaries in communication. By design, these gentle cues are meant to help users understand themselves better and make more mindful choices in everyday life.
